Austin and Brandon have helped me so much getting ready for my first car show of the year they made my 67 Chevy shine it looked like new! I’m very cautious with anyone touching my baby but these two took such great care of her! Thank you guys I’ll be seeing you again!

Chase and Michael at Zax’s Car Wash on Plymouth Road in Livonia do a great job prepping my car before it goes through the automatic wash. They are always so pleasant and have a great attitude. I highly recommend this car wash.

I posted a review a few months ago on exceptional service. I would like to do so again. On May 14th 2024 at 06:29PM the employee you had put in some hard work. The service time took just a tad longer but may I say once again you have some great employees. I really wish I carried more cash just to tip this person. Please pass on my thanks!!!

My whole family: mom, dad, and myself use this car wash and we introduced my spouse to it as well and he loved it! Brandon and Mike did a wonderful job, getting all the bugs and stuff off and were super friendly! We definitely tipped them.

I’ve been going to the Livonia location for years and they always give stellar service. Austin and Dom definitely make sure my vehicles are spotless. The pricing for the monthly membership makes Zax even better! If you’re not a member, I strongly recommend that you become one ASAP!!!

This review is more about the personal service I get when I go to Zax's more so than the wash itself. (Dryers and "Rinse" are average at best) Michael is a customer first kind of worker. The attention to detail, the friendliness and work ethic is superior; bar none!! Never in a hurry and always going the extra mile to make my visit top notch; he would be a leader at what every job he was in!! Thanks Michael.

I discovered a gem in Livonia - Zax Auto Wash! What struck me wasn't just the free car wash they offered when I couldn't pay with Apple Pay, but the exceptional customer service.
